Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade to order nature of our products we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please make sure to check measurements align to the size guide and get in contact if you need any help with sizing before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
If any items in your order are defective or damaged upon arrival please contact us within 24 hours of opening your package with supporting images.
We will then evaluate the issue/damage based on evidence supplied and may request that the item is posted back to us (at your expense) for further inspection.
We will then either approve or reject your request for a refund or replacement product. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unable to Deliver
If an order is returned back to us due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and the original shipping won’t be refunded.
