Do you do custom orders?

Of course! My favourite type of orders are custom designs and I have a huge range of glitter fabrics, trims, flowers and other embellishments to choose from. Check out the custom order collection to view what's available.

Do you do wholesale orders?

We absolutely do. Wholesale prices are only available to registered businesses with an ABN. Email contact@fluffypupclub.com.au for wholesale enquiries

When will I receive my order?

All of our products (aside from sunglasses) are handmade to order and will be shipped within 3-7 business days after your order is placed.

I need my order ASAP - how do priority orders work?

Priority orders are a great option if you've left things to the last minute but still want your pup to look fabulous on their barkday! Priority orders will add $10 to your cart.

Simply add the 'upgrade to priority' product to your cart and I will make and send your order out the next business day (order must be placed before 4.30pm AEST and limit of two handmade items in your cart).

If you are ordering something custom please be very specific with what you need otherwise there may be delays in making your order.

To make sure your order reaches you in time make sure to add express shipping or select local pick up from Clifton Hill VIC.

I'm having trouble deciding on size - can you help?

Sizing is really up to personal preference! I recommend regular for most pups - but if you have a teeny tiny or bigger dog then the small or large is for you.

To decide on size measure across your dogs head with a ruler or tape measure (between the ears) to see what will fit best. Sizing differs per product so check the size guide carefully when making your decision.
